In honor of the International Day of Peace and in the season of elections, we invite you to an hour of worship and reflection set against the rhythms of jazz and word. St. Jude’s writers Barbara Simmons and Jean Lin will grace us with poetic meditations on peace-making, along with (optional) invitations to write our own poetic prayers for peace. The moving music of Mason Razavi (guitar), Kevin Bryson (trombone), and John Shifflett (bass) will hold our sacred space. All are welcome.
